At the beginning of your visit, the provider determines whether your health concern is appropriate for virtual urgent care. If your situation is quickly determined to be inappropriate for Virtual Urgent Care, you will not be charged for the visit. However, a visit that does not result in a diagnosis or prescription is not considered cause for a refund.
Insurance coverage is not required. We strive to provide you a low-cost alternative to waiting in crowded Emergency Rooms and traditional Urgent Care and will be less out of pocket than most insurance copays. Keep in mind that often, our subscription service will be less than your copay would be.
Once you check into the waiting room (while in the convenience of your own home of course), we strive to see you within 10 minutes or less. Unfortunately, during the winter months, your wait time may be a little longer. Sit back, relax and put your feet up. We will be with you just as soon as we can. You will receive an email providing you with the link to the waiting room.
